Welcome to Exotic Holidays International ("EHI", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Our Services

EHI provides travel planning and booking services for tours, accommodations, transportation, and experiences in Sri Lanka. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Customized tour packages and itineraries
• Hotel and accommodation bookings
• Transportation arrangements (vehicles, drivers, transfers)
• Activity and experience bookings
• Travel consultation and planning services

We act as an intermediary between you and various service providers. While we carefully select our partners, the actual services are provided by third-party vendors who have their own terms and conditions.

3. Booking & Reservations

When you make a booking through our platform, you are making an offer to purchase travel services. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a booking confirmation.

Booking Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• You are responsible for ensuring all travelers have valid travel documents
• Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

Confirmation

Upon receiving your booking request, we will send a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. Please review all details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due 30 days before the travel date
• For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required immediately
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal

Price Inclusions

Unless otherwise stated, our tour prices include accommodations, transportation, and activities as specified in your itinerary. International flights, travel insurance, visa fees, and personal expenses are typically not included.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while covering costs already incurred.

Cancellation by You

• More than 60 days before travel: Full refund minus $100 admin fee
• 30-60 days before travel: 50% refund
• 15-29 days before travel: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days before travel: No refund

Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, safety concerns, etc.), we will offer you a full refund or alternative dates/arrangements.

6. Your Responsibilities

As a traveler using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and travel information
• Obtain appropriate travel insurance
• Ensure you have valid passports, visas, and health documents
• Comply with local laws and customs of Sri Lanka
• Respect the environment and local communities
• Follow safety instructions from guides and service providers
• Arrive on time for scheduled activities and transfers

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to ensure your trip is safe and enjoyable, EHI acts as an agent for third-party service providers and cannot be held liable for:

• Acts, omissions, or defaults of any service provider
• Injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to property
• Delays or changes due to weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Loss of personal belongings or valuables

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your booking. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Exotic Holidays International and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for trip planning purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
